I provide recent research finding a very dynamic pattern with fat in the diet and its impact on cholesterol blood testing for participants on LCHF (this may extend to other diets as well). This data shows (1) a short window of just three days that have the greatest impact on the results and (2) the ingested fat and resulting cholesterol having an inverse relationship with each other (more dietary fat, less serum cholesterol).
